Isabel Scott

Isabel has a background in fitness and nutrition and spends her time developing exercise and healthy meal plans for her clients which are easy to fit into hectic lifestyles. In her own kitchen, Isabel tries to source as many of her foods from local and organic sources as possible to minimize glyphosates and other chemicals within the food chains. In her free time Isabel is a keen runner and tries to practice a little yoga each day for better mental wellbeing!
