Hank Mitchell

Hank spent a year studying out in Italy as part of his art studies degree and as well as falling in love with renaissance art, he also fell head over heels with traditional Italian cooking. Bringing home many of the recipes he discovered, he still spends a lot of his free time whipping up Italian meals and hunting out the specialty ingredients. It must be said that Hank makes some of the best Tiramisu around!
